Erika & Heinz Hollerith are German Business Consultants with Diplomas in Business Science. Their for 17 years, well established practice - Betriebsberatungen - in Bavaria, Germany, was specialized in start up consulting, turnarounds and assistance in fund raising.

In 1980 they added on Kreditvermittlungs GmbH Munich (Financial Services), whose key role was to secure financing for their clientele. Kreditvermittlungs GmbH achieved outstanding loan closing ratios. Erika & Heinz sold their businesses in '91 and relocated to La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Nayarit, Mexico

In 1992, Hollerith Financial Services & Consultancy was formed. Timing and market conditions were excellent to pursue again a commercial financing and consultancy operation, this time in the "new world". Hollerith Financial Services kept old contacts to major Lending Institutions in Germany alive and established new contacts on the International Market.

In 2000 they met Mr. Gunter Reindorf, Canadian Citizen and Resident of Nova Scotia. Mr. Reindorf has excellent expertise in the field of humanitarian projects. They found RSH Commercial Mortgage Professionals and added on a new department specialized in HUMANITARIAN PROJECTS.
