• Project Photos or drafts (required immediately)
• Detailed, up to date, profit/loss statement
• Pro-forma for five years
• Recent appraisal (if available) please do not order for our purpose
• Original Purchase agreement for purchase transaction
• Copy of recorded deed for refinance transactions
• Articles of Corporation
• Construction or rehabilitation cost break down
• Resumes of all borrowers
• Personal Financial Statement, include all monthly obligations with breakout of Mortgages
• Business Plan with Market Summary
